Swaps 6" X 6" scrapbook layout




As I have invited my down line team and some sister stampers to join me in a 6" x 6" scrapbook layout starting on the 1st April you would of received an email with a template to give you some idea I have done two different layout but both work with the template.







If you are on my team or a sister stamper that would like to take part please Email me and I will send you the template and add you to the list.

SWAP AND HAVE FUN

You would do your page with no photo on it as in the photo so if we had 10 in the swap you would make 10 the same to send to 10 different
people. If you take part you will recive an email from me with a list of name and address
so you can send your layout out.
And you will recive 10 diffrent layouts back

Elements of Style

Its time I share one of my cards with you all.

I love doing easel cards and one of my favourite

Stampin' Up Stamp sets Elements of Style also the flower is done with the Fancy Flower punch

Early Espresso card stock and Ink with Whisper White.

Host a workshop and recive a beautful hand made card from me as a thank you this is one I used in Febuary 2012

Creative Elements Stamp set

Scrapbooking is just like making a card only you add photos.
I am a self taught scrapper and have been scrapbooking for over 20 years with my love for parchment craft and stamping card making they all go hand in hand.
Being a Stampin' Up Demonstrator has given me time to work on my scrapbooking as well as sharing it with others.




Step 1 Is to work out your your main colour
I have chosen Crumb Cake its a great Neutral
base to stamp on so have cut out two 6' x6' layouts.
Step 2 Is to work out your Stamp set your going to using I am using Creative Elements
Step 3 Is to work out your Ink your going to use.
I am using Early Espresso
Step 4 Stamp image into two corners as in the photo.



Step 5
Next Using the Big Shot and Petal Cone and Old olive Card stock run through the big shot as in the photo.
This is a Die Cut used at a Stampin Up Event
and I fell in love with it.
If you don't have a big shot and would like one host a on line workshop with me.
Go around to your friends and get there orders tell them your having an on line workshop with me. If your orders are over $600.00 in sales you will receive free product. $100 to spend and one 1/2 price item.

Step 6 Now run the die cut through the perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder as in the Photo












Step 8 stamp out the words using marina mist ink on marina mist card stock then using 13/4 circle punch as in the photo

Step 9 Using the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border
punch as in photo to right in marina mist card








Step 10 stamp out border stamp on the old olive card In early espresso ink or you can use a marker or stamp spot inks as in the photo


You may wont to use a stamp-a-ma-jig to help line up your stamp on the card stock.

Tip:- when using a small piece of card use a very small amount of snail adhesive so it dose net move when using stamp-a-ma-jig





Step 11 Stamp out frame border in early espresso ink then cut out around as in photo











Follow in the photos to put all your pieces together don't forget you can change it to how you wont this is a shared layout that stampin up shared with us

As you can see in photo what it looks like at the end or you have to do is add your photo.

This year has been so busy for me not only have I had so much to do in helping my family with babys wedding sickent and more and helping my Stampin' Up family in workshop, class, fundraiser, and retreats.

As you can see there was lots of studying this year.
I have so enjoyed working with the SLM bodywork's and Steve has taught me this wonderful technique as well as the self treatment program for sciatic and back pain sufferers which is already helping lots of my clients.

As I had been a big pain sufferer myself, so I set out to look for something that would help me that was ten years ago and at this time I found out that I had lung cancer and had right part of lung out but still had lots of pain in legs and back and was very much on a merry go round with my emotion's as my sister also had Brest cancer at the same time and on the 21st of may 2002 she past away.

After I got well with lots of work on myself I went and had a Reiki and keep that up for a long time and working with Reiki and chakra-energy healing then did my Reiki certificate and have a lot of people come to me to have this wonderful energy help them. Also work on my mind and thoughts with the tapping and also powerful Affirmations to help through a very hard time in my life, and working with people is such a big part of my life.

I ve to help people with their mind body and souls and Stampin' Up is also a very big part of this as I love to teach the art of stamping and this is good for your mind and soul to make a special card to give to a love one or a friend and something they can keep and look back on for years to come.

My Dad past away on the 16th Oct 2011 and he also loved to make card and wright poems for inside the cards and I am so pleased he did because I can look back and read them for a long time to come.
I would love to share this poem our Dad wrote

Rose

A Rose is most exotic bloom
it is lovely to behold
it can be grown for pleasure
or commercially to be sold

its fragrance is aromatic
so pleasing to the nose
its colours are fantastic
from whites through to mauve

it starts as a tiny bud
so tight round and bold
and opens to a perfect bloom
as it slowly unfolds

its stem is thick and thorny
its petals so soft in pose
this will be the reason
it has been called a rose.

Time passes quickly

Hi all,
I can not believe I haven't been on here since the 17th of Aug that was just before my daughter Stacey Wedding in QLD. Stacey and Micks wedding was so beautiful and like most Mum's I needed the tissues.
After the flight home, I was working so hard was a little tired and ended up in hospital with Pneumonia this took a lot out of me, but new I still hat to get things done for the Stampin' Up!cancer fundraiser I was running on the 16th Oct my sister come down to help me and we were ready to go.

That morning my Mum rang to tell us Dad had past away we still got throw our day with the love and help of friends.
I am still in QLD in Hervey Bay as I decided to stay and help Mum. I will be away until 2nd week in January.

Mum is going to come back with me and visit friends, family and grand children mum hasn't meet yet due to looking after Dad for such a long time.

Punch Art Cow

Punch Art Cow
How much fun is punch art.I really love to teach the art of stamping and also love to share what you can do with Stampin'Up! punches I have happy customer that love to join into my punch art classes.
But today I wonted to share with you this little cow I think she so sweet.
Try your self at home hope you enjoy.

Punches:
oval small (3.5cm x 1.6cm)
oval large (4.4cm x 2.2cm)
oval extra large
word window
boho blossoms
5 petal flower extra- large
round tab extra-large
owl
accessories
snail
stampin dimensional
paper snips
silver brad

card stock:
Whisper white
basic black
pink pirouette



Step 1 Punch out one whisper white using the round tab.

Step 2 Punch out one small oval in basic black cut down 1cm from one end then cut the 1cm in half to make eyes.
using snail place eye onto round tab which is the head of the cow as in the photo








Step 3 using the pink card punch out one 5 petal
and one in white trim petal and use for the cows ears trim pink down for inside ear as in photo.

Punch out one large oval for nose

punch out two med circle form the owl punch in pink and add on nose as in photo









Step 4 with the BO ho punch punch out the flowers and the big flower for the hair at the top as in photo and trim across top
and you need three small flowers for body and punch out one XL Oval in white and snail small flower on as in the photo

Step 5 punch out two word window in white and trim in half and snail one behind so you look like two legs at front and back and cut three of small flower in black as in photo.

Step 6 place a dimensional as in photo to place the head onto the body make a tail in black and snail to body

before you place you head place pink flower to the top of head as in photo the place head to body.
